I’m Will, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer passionate about helping people build confidence, discipline, and consistency through fitness.
Before pursuing fitness professionally, I worked as an IT Systems Administrator. While I found success in that field, I realized my real fulfillment came from encouraging others, supporting their goals, and seeing people grow stronger both physically and mentally.
Second Wind Fitness was built around creating an environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and motivated to keep showing up — because simply taking that first step is already half the battle.
